We usually attempt to process your order as soon as we receive the order.
 Your package usually leaves our processing center within one business day after you placed your order, (unless it is over the weekend or public holidays).  It could take up to 2 - 6 business days, (for local delivery), however, see below for details as delivery can vary depending on first class delivery requests.

Costs for orders depend upon the weight of the product that you ordered and the shipping destination. 

 Please allow 5-10 for delivery (our  figures show that 80% of all orders are delivered within 3 days from despatch!)

*Orders placed outside the UK may take slightly longer. 

Please note:  During sales and unexpected busy periods delivery may take a little longer, but we will of course endeavour to get your health back on track and will make sure we get your order to you as fast as we can.

What happens if my item is out of stock?

From time to time there may be an unexpected surge in interest for a particular product or equipment.  If there is a chance of delay on your order, we will notify you.
